PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 2005 - SECT 419
Failure to produce document
419 Failure to produce document
(1) A person of whom a document production requirement is made must comply
with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Penalty— Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
(2) It is not a
reasonable excuse for a person not to comply with a document production
requirement that complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the
person.
