PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 2005 - SECT 42
Notification of entry
42 Notification of entry
(1) This section applies if an authorised person enters a place under
section 41 and an occupier is present at the place.
(2) The authorised person
must immediately after entering the place— (a) produce the authorised
person’s identity card for the occupier’s inspection; and
(b) inform the
occupier about the prevention and control program.
