PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 2005 - SECT 45

Person must not interfere with steps taken

45 Person must not interfere with steps taken

A person must not do anything that interferes with a step taken by an authorised person under a prevention and control program, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.

Penalty—
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
