PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 2005 - SECT 454K
Acknowledgement of receipt of annual compliance certificate
454K Acknowledgement of receipt of annual compliance certificate
(1) This section applies if the chief executive receives an annual compliance
certificate from the chief executive officer of a local government under
section 454J .
(2) As soon as practicable after receiving the certificate,
the chief executive must give the chief executive officer a notice
acknowledging receipt of the certificate.
