Continuing obligation to give further information about cancer return
476 Continuing obligation to give further information about cancer return
(1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement day, a person
had not complied with a notice given to the person under the Health Act 1937,
section 100DC.
(2) The notice is taken to have been given under section 236.
(3) In this section—
"commencement day" means the day section 236 commences.
