PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 2005 - SECT 485
Perinatal Statistics Collection
485 Perinatal Statistics Collection
(1) The chief executive may include, in the Perinatal Statistics Collection,
information from a return given, before the commencement day, under the Health
Act 1937, section 100H.
(2) In this section—
"commencement day" means the day section 215 commences.
