PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 2005 - SECT 64
Meaning of notifiable condition
(1) A
"notifiable condition" is a medical condition prescribed under a regulation as
a notifiable condition.
(2) However, the Minister must not recommend to the
Governor in Council the making of a regulation under subsection (1) unless the
Minister is satisfied the condition is a significant risk to public health.
