PUBLIC HEALTH (INFECTION CONTROL FOR PERSONAL APPEARANCE SERVICES) ACT 2003 - SECT 143

143 Fines payable to local government

(1) This section applies if—

(a) a proceeding for an offence about a matter is taken by a local government; and

(b) a court imposes a fine for the offence.

(2) The fine must be paid to the local government.
