PUBLIC HEALTH (INFECTION CONTROL FOR PERSONAL APPEARANCE SERVICES) ACT 2003 - SECT 88
Failure to give information
88 Failure to give information
(1) A person of whom a requirement is made under section 86 (3) (g) must
comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Penalty— Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
Note— See section 115 in relation to false or misleading statements.
(2)
It is a reasonable excuse for the person to fail to comply with the
requirement that complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the
person.
