PROPERTY LAW ACT 1974 - SECT 233
Exceptions and application
233 Exceptions and application
(1) Nothing in this part renders apportionable any annual sums payable under
policies of assurance of any description.
(2) This part does not extend to
any case in which it is expressly stipulated that apportionment shall not take
place.
