Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsNo registration of any instrument under any Act now or previously in force for the registration of deeds or intended to be under any such Act shall be defeated or made ineffectual because of any omission, misdescription or error in any case where the identity of the instrument in evidence with the one alleged to have been registered is established and the substantial requirements of the Act have been complied with.
