PROPERTY LAW ACT 1974 - SECT 280

280 Court may declare property interests

(1) In a proceeding between de facto partners about existing title or rights in property, a court may declare any title or rights a de facto partner or another party to the proceeding has in the property.

(2) It does not matter whether or not the de facto relationship has ended.
