311 Matters for consideration by court

In considering whether there is likely to be a significant change in the financial circumstances of either of the de facto partners, the matters a court may consider include any change in the financial circumstances of the de facto partner that may happen because of—

(a) the vesting of a financial resource in the de facto partner; or

(b) the use or application of a financial resource for the de facto partner’s benefit.
