PROPERTY LAW ACT 1974 - SECT 320

320 Court may make declaration about non-existence of relationship

If, on an application under this subdivision, the court is satisfied there is not, or was not, a de facto relationship between the named persons at a particular time or for a particular period, the court may make a declaration to that effect.
