PROPERTY LAW ACT 1974 - SECT 324

Party or affected person may apply

324 Party or affected person may apply

If a declaration has been made under subdivision 1 —

(a) a person who applied, or could have applied, for the declaration; or
(b) a person who is affected by the declaration;
may apply to the court that made the declaration for a revocation of the declaration.
