Court may make ancillary orders
327 Court may make ancillary orders
(1) If a court makes an order revoking a declaration, the court may, if it
considers it would be just and equitable to do so, make any ancillary order
necessary to place a person affected by the revocation of the declaration in
the same position, as far as practicable, as the person would have been in if
the declaration had not been made.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1) , the
court may make an order varying rights in property or the financial resources
of de facto partners or another person.
