336 Interests of other parties

(1) In the exercise of its powers under this part, a court must have regard to the interest in the property of, and must make any order proper for the protection of, a purchaser in good faith and other interested persons.

(2) A court may order that a person be given notice of a proceeding or be made a party to the proceeding on the application of the person or if it appears to the court the person may be affected by an order under this part.
