351 Regulation-making power

(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.

(2) The regulations may be about fees, other than titles registry fees, including—

(a) the persons who are liable to pay fees; and

(b) when fees are payable; and

(c) the waiver of fees; and

(d) the recovery of unpaid amounts of fees.
