PROPERTY LAW ACT 1974 - SECT 356
Existing instalment contracts
356 Existing instalment contracts
(1) This section applies to an instalment contract entered into before the
commencement.
(2) Part 6 , division 4 as in force before the commencement
continues to apply in relation to the instalment contract as if this Act had
not been amended by the amendment Act.
