PROPERTY LAW ACT 1974 - SECT 6

6 Savings in regard to ss 10–12 and 59

Nothing in section 10 to 12 or 59 —

(a) invalidates any disposition by will; or

(b) affects any interest validly created before the commencement of this Act; or

(c) affects the right to acquire an interest in land because of taking possession; or

(d) affects the law relating to part performance; or

(e) affects a sale by the court.
