PROPERTY OCCUPATIONS ACT 2014 - SECT 115

115 What a registration certificate authorises

(1) A registration certificate authorises the holder of the certificate to perform any activity that may be performed by the real estate agent who employs the holder.

(2) However, the registration certificate does not authorise the holder to perform an activity that the holder is not authorised to perform because of a condition to which the certificate is subject.
