PROPERTY OCCUPATIONS ACT 2014 - SECT 54
Licence—conditions
54 Licence—conditions
(1) The chief executive may issue a licence on the conditions the chief
executive considers necessary or desirable for the proper performance of the
activities authorised by the licence.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1) , a
condition may— (a) limit or prohibit the performance of an activity
authorised under this Act or the Administration Act ; or
(b) require a
licensee to hold insurance of a kind and in an amount prescribed under a
regulation.
(3) If the chief executive decides to issue a licence on
condition, the chief executive must give the applicant an information notice
about the decision within 14 days after making the decision.
