PROPERTY OCCUPATIONS ACT 2014 - SECT 78
Form of licence
78 Form of licence
(1) A licence must be in the approved form.
(2) However, the chief executive
may approve— (a) a form of licence for office display purposes; and
Example— a licence in the form of a certificate that may be framed and
displayed in an office
(b) a form of licence for personal identification
purposes.
(3) The chief executive may also issue a form of licence for a
corporation endorsed with the categories of licence issued in the
corporation’s name.
(4) The licence must contain the following
particulars— (a) the name of the licensee;
(b) the date of issue of the
licence;
(c) the expiry date of the licence;
(d) other particulars
prescribed under a regulation.
