POWERS OF ATTORNEY ACT 1998 - SECT 9
When attorney’s power exercisable
9 When attorney’s power exercisable
(1) A principal may specify in a power of attorney a time when, circumstance
in which, or occasion on which, the power is exercisable.
(2) However, if the
power of attorney does not specify a time when, circumstance in which, or
occasion on which, the power is exercisable, the power becomes exercisable
once the power of attorney is made.
