"commissioned officer" means a police officer of at least the rank of

"missing person" see section 179B .
"missing person powers" means the powers provided for in sections 179P and

"missing person scene" means that part of a place in which missing person
powers may be exercised.
"missing person warrant" see section 179J (1) .
"residence" , for a person, includes a place at which the person regularly
sleeps.
"responsible officer" see section 179D .
