(1) The production order must—(a) order a stated person—(i) to produce to a police officer any documents, other than a financial institution’s books, of the kind mentioned in section 189 (1) that are in the person’s possession; or(ii) to make available to a police officer, for inspection, any documents of that kind that are in the person’s possession; and(b) state when and the place where—(i) documents that must be produced are to be produced; or(ii) documents that must be made available for inspection are to be made available; and(c) state that a police officer may enter the place and exercise the powers under section 192 .
(2) Power to enter a place under a production order includes, and is taken always to have included, power to re-enter the place as often as is reasonably necessary for enforcing the order.
(3) In this section—
"financial institution’s books" means accounting records used in the ordinary business of a financial institution, including ledgers, daybooks, cashbooks and account books.
