Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThe commissioner may delegate any of the commissioner’s powers under this chapter as chief executive officer relating to the authorisation of controlled operations, including the variation and cancellation of authorities for controlled operations and notifications under section 264 (2) , to—
(a) a deputy commissioner of the police service; or
(b) an assistant commissioner of the police service; or
(c) the detective chief superintendent responsible for Statewide crime operations.
