POLICE POWERS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ACT 2000 - SECT 285

285 Period of authority

An authority for an authorised officer or authorised civilian remains in force until—

(a) the end of any term stated in the authority; or

(b) the authority is cancelled under section 286 .
