Analysis of blood and urine samples
546 Analysis of blood and urine samples
(1) It is lawful for an officer of
the health agency to analyse, or arrange for someone else to analyse, a blood
sample or urine sample sent to a health agency under section 545 .
(2) Also,
it is lawful for an officer of the health agency to destroy blood or urine
from a sample if it is not used for the analysis or a further analysis and the
sample or any part of the sample used for the analysis.
