(a) takes effect from the day and time the notice—(i) is personally served on the respondent; or(ii) is sent, under section 602G (1) (b) , by electronic communication to a unique electronic address nominated by the respondent to a police officer; and
(b) continues in effect until—(i) if the notice applies in relation to a stated event—the end of the day on which the event ends; or(ii) otherwise—the end of the day stated in the notice that is no more than 1 month after the day the notice takes effect.
