704 Definition for div 3

In this division—

"drug matter" means—

(a) an S8 medicine under the Medicines and Poisons Act 2019 ; or

(b) a controlled substance under the Drugs Misuse Act 1986 ; or

(c) a dangerous drug; or

(d) a thing intended for use, or that was used, in the commission of a drug offence.
