752 Interaction between ch 4 and this chapter
(1) This section applies if
the driver of a motor vehicle commits an evasion offence.
(2) An application
for an impounding order or a forfeiture order may be made under this chapter
whether or not the motor vehicle may be impounded or immobilised under chapter
4 .
(3) A motor vehicle may be impounded or immobilised under chapter 4
whether or not an application for an impounding order or a forfeiture order
may be made under this chapter.
