POLICE POWERS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ACT 2000 - SECT 825

825 QDNA
(1) A database approved by the commissioner under the pre-amended
Act, section 317 (
"section 317 database" ) is taken to be approved under section 491 of this
Act.
(2) Anything lawfully stored in a section 317 database immediately
before the commencement may continue to be stored in QDNA or the CrimTrac
database and may be used under this Act.
