Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsSections 111 to 116, as in force immediately before 1 July 2007, continue to apply in relation to a motor vehicle impounded before 1 July 2007 but not released to its owner before that date as if those sections had not been amended by the Police Powers and Responsibilities and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2006.
