Guidelines for dealing with information obtained under this subdivision
155G Guidelines for dealing with information obtained under this subdivision
(1) The chief executive (communities) must make guidelines, consistent with
this Act, for dealing with information obtained by the chief executive under
this subdivision.
(2) The purpose of the guidelines is to ensure— (a)
natural justice is afforded to the persons about whom the information is
obtained; and
(b) only relevant information is used in assessing the
persons’ suitability to continue to be engaged by the department of
communities; and
(c) decisions about the suitability of persons, based on the
information, are made consistently.
(3) The chief executive (communities)
must give a copy of the guidelines, on request, to a person engaged by the
department of communities.
