"commencement" means the commencement of this part.
"initial review decision" , for a person, means the decision under
section 149(2) in relation to the person because the 2-year period mentioned
in section 149(1)(a) has ended for the person.
"section 149 directive" means a commission chief executive directive made for
section 149(2).
"subsequent review decision" , for a person, means a decision under
section 149(2) in relation to the person because a 1-year period mentioned in
section 149(1)(b) has ended for the person.
"transition period" means the period—
(a) starting at the commencement; and
(b) ending 1 year after the commencement.
