PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 2008 - SECT 277
Appeals started at commencement
(1) This section applies to an appeal against a decision under chapter 7, part
1 that has been started but not decided at the commencement.
(2) The
commission chief executive must hear and decide the appeal, or continue to
hear and decide the appeal, under this Act as in force before the
commencement.
(3) For subsection (2), this Act as in force before the
commencement continues to apply in relation to the appeal.
(4) However,
section 210 as in force before the commencement does not apply in relation to
the commission chief executive’s decision on the appeal.
