PUBLIC SECTOR ETHICS ACT 1994 - SECT 12J
Publication of code of conduct and standards of practice
12J Publication of code of conduct and standards of practice
(1) The chief executive officer of a public service agency must publish and
keep available for inspection by any person copies of the approved code of
conduct for public service agencies and any standard of practice applying to
the agency.
(2) To remove any doubt, it is declared that a reference in this
section to a person includes a reference to a member of the public.
