QUEENSLAND BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION COMMISSION ACT 1991 - SECT 104F

104F Issue of identity card

(1) The commission must issue an identity card to each investigator.

(2) The identity card must—

(a) include a recent photo of the investigator; and

(b) include a copy of the investigator’s signature; and

(c) identify the person as an investigator appointed under this Act; and

(d) state an expiry date for the card.

(3) This section does not prevent the issue of a single identity card to a person for this Act and other purposes.
