Matters investigator must tell occupier
105C Matters investigator must tell occupier
Before asking for the consent, the investigator must give a reasonable
explanation to the occupier—
(a) about the purpose of the entry, including
the powers intended to be exercised; and
(b) that the occupier is not
required to consent; and
(c) that the consent may be given subject to
conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.
