Terms of injunction
108AH Terms of injunction
(1) The Supreme Court may grant an injunction on the terms the court considers
appropriate.
(2) Without limiting the court’s power under subsection (1) ,
an injunction may be granted restraining a respondent from carrying on a
business (whether or not the respondent is a building contractor or the
business is carried on as part of, or incidental to, the carrying on of
another business)— (a) for a stated period; or
(b) except on stated terms
and conditions.
(3) Also, the court may grant an injunction requiring a
respondent to take stated action, including action to disclose information or
publish advertisements, to remedy any adverse consequences of the
respondent’s contravention of this Act or the Building Act 1975 .
