QUEENSLAND BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION COMMISSION ACT 1991 - SECT 20D
Appointment
20D Appointment
(1) The commission must have a commissioner.
(2) The commissioner must be
appointed by the board with the Minister’s prior written approval.
(3) The
commissioner is employed under this Act and not under the
Public Sector Act 2022 .
