QUEENSLAND BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION COMMISSION ACT 1991 - SECT 34A

34A PINs

(1) The commission may give a licensee a confidential personal identification number (a
"PIN" ) for use by the licensee in the licensee’s dealings with the commission.

(2) When the commission gives a PIN to a licensee, the commission must also advise the licensee of the commission’s requirements for the licensee’s keeping and use of the PIN.
