QUEENSLAND BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION COMMISSION ACT 1991 - SECT 44F

44F Form of permit

A permit is to be in the form decided by the commission and must state the following particulars—

(a) the permittee’s name;

(b) the location of the land on which the owner-builder work is to be carried out;

(c) the real property description of the land;

(d) a description of the owner-builder work to be carried out on the land;

(e) the date of issue of the permit;

(f) the term of the permit;

(g) the permit number;

(h) the conditions of the permit.
