Notification of company’s nominee

55 Notification of company’s nominee

If a company that holds a licence—

(a) ceases to have a nominee; or
(b) changes its nominee;
the company must, within 14 days, give notice containing the information required by regulation to the commission.
Penalty—
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
