QUEENSLAND BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION COMMISSION ACT 1991 - SECT 67AU
Disqualified individual
(1) An individual is a
"disqualified individual" if the individual is given notice under this part
that the individual is taken not to be a fit and proper person for part 3 ,
division 2 .
(2) The individual continues to be a disqualified individual for
the term calculated under this part and stated in the notice.
