Obligation of assessment manager in relation to insurance premium
68E Obligation of assessment manager in relation to insurance premium
An assessment manager must not, under the Planning Act , give a development
approval for building work in relation to residential construction work
unless— (a) the assessment manager has written information from the
commission showing that the appropriate insurance premium has been paid; or
(b) the applicant produces satisfactory evidence that no insurance premium is
payable.
Penalty— Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
