QUEENSLAND BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION COMMISSION ACT 1991 - SECT 68G
Refund of insurance premium if notice of cover is revoked
68G Refund of insurance premium if notice of cover is revoked
If the commission revokes a notice of cover under section 68F , the commission
must refund any insurance premium paid in relation to the work for which the
notice was issued.
