QUEENSLAND BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION COMMISSION ACT 1991 - SECT 9
Ministerial direction
9 Ministerial direction
(1) The Minister may give the commission a written direction in relation to
the commission and its functions.
(2) The commission must comply with the
direction.
(3) The Minister must cause a copy of the direction to be tabled
in the Legislative Assembly within 7 sitting days after it is given.
(4) The
commission’s annual report under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 ,
section 63 for the year in which the direction is given must include a copy of
the direction.
