The tribunal may, on application by the commission, conduct a public examination—
(a) that investigates the conduct or competence of a person who has carried out tribunal work or undertaken to carry out tribunal work; or
(b) that investigates whether a person—(i) satisfies the minimum financial requirements for the licence held by the person; or(ii) has the qualifications and experience required for the licence held by the person; or(iii) if the person is the nominee for a corporation that holds a licence—has the qualifications and experience required for the licence held by the corporation; or(iv) is a fit and proper person to hold a licence; or(v) if the person exercises control over a corporation that holds a licence—is a fit and proper person to exercise control over the corporation; or(vi) has breached a condition imposed on the person’s licence; or
(c) that investigates whether a person has contravened—(i) a duty under part 6AA , division 2 ; or(ii) a direction or requirement of an investigator under part 9 relating to a building product that is, or is suspected to be, a non-conforming building product for an intended use.
